Michelle Lambert, NCIDQ, IIDA

President/Interior Designer

Michelle started Lambert Design Group with the goal to give all clients an environment that not only is pleasing to the eye, but to give them a space that supports their work, while improving efficiency.  Since starting Lambert Design Group she feels as if she has done just that.

Our personalized and hands-on approach to design begins by designing from the inside out, ensuring that the clients present and future goals are met within the space. Designing with all up to date technologies, finishes and materials in mind we also want tp provide a design solution that is practical for each client that will stand the test of time and become a design icon for the future.

She is certified by the National Council for Interior Design Qualification. In addition, Michelle holds professional membership in the International Interior Design Association and is currently pursuing her Evidence Based Design Accreditation and Certification.

Originally from Winston-Salem, NC she moved to Greensboro, NC to attend UNC-Greensboro where she graduated with honors receiving a B.S. in Interior Architecture. Michelle best describes herself with this quote:

"The only way to do great work is to love what you do" - Steve Jobs.

Prior to starting Lambert Design Group, Michelle worked for a small interiors firm where she oversaw projects from start to completion. Being given this responsibility so early on in her career showed her the importance of organization and how the smallest of details can make or break a project. As she established Lambert Design Group she made these ideals cornerstones of her business.

Outside of the design world Michelle loves traveling with her husband, and is actively involved in her local Crossfit Community; she fully believes in living a healthy and active lifestyle.

If Michelle could posses a Super Hero Power it would be to force people to listen more and speak less, because it is through listening that you are able to grow and learn the most.
